My name is Jessica Maxton and I have been a registered nurse for over 5 years. I’m obsessed with seeing and tasting all the world has to offer. I’m also in love with the classic French boulangeries and it is my dream to own one someday. Caring and providing for people has always been a passion of mine, so nursing felt like the right thing to do. But then COVID-19 hit, and like everyone else, my world was flipped upside down. This blog is an account of my journey to hopefully making it someday in the baking world.
